General Information

• We open at 7.30a.m and close at 6p.m.
• We offer morning, afternoon and all day sessions:
  
  
  • Morning 7.30 – 12.30
  • Afternoon 1.00 – 6.00
  • All day 7.30 - 6.00
• We are open 51 weeks of the year, with 1 weeks holiday at Christmas and are closed on all Bank Holidays.
• Children should arrive by 9.15a.m. otherwise the activities of the children are disrupted and staff are unable to greet the children adequately as they are involved in planned activities. All children should be collected by 6p.m.
• The minimum weekly attendance is 3 sessions, this enables children to settle easily into the Nursery routine.
• A complete set of clothes and a pair of slippers for walkers (clearly labelled) should be left at nursery.
• During summer months, all children will need a suitable sunhat. We provide high factor sun cream but if you would prefer to supply your own please label.
• During winter months, all children will need a suitable coat, gloves, hat and scarf, (clearly labelled) and all walkers will need Wellington boots.
• We will occasionally have students at the Nursery who will always be DBS checked.
• We pride ourselves in our carefully selected staff and the majority are fully qualified and experienced. Our staff share a common quality, this being: Respect for your child’s happiness, comfort and individuality and a total commitment to the fulfilment of his or her needs.
• Fees are due on the 1st of the month in advance as follows and includes all food, snacks and drinks, good quality nappies, wipes and creams:

Fees from 1st April 2021:

• We offer all families where two or more children attend a 5% discount on their first child’s fees.

We are no longer able to offer the 5% sibling discount for the eldest child when they start to receive either two’s too funding or 3 year old funding.
